My name is John Ernst and I am a NYS Licensed Guide. I have a wonderful wife and 2 great kids that enjoy fishing as much as I do. I have been fishing semi Professional for 10+ years and have many Top 10 finishes. My goal is to give you absolutely the best and safest fishing experience that I can provide.

Equipment:

A 23 ft Skeeter bay boat powered by a Yamaha 200 with Garmin Electronics and Minn Kota trolling motor.  This boat safely carries a guide and four clients comfortably, but can take up to Five passengers. I have kid friendly equipment on board if you have a child under the age of 12 that you wish to bring along.

On-board:

You will find company provided water and sports drinks in the ice chest and various snacks will be available. If you would like to bring your own food, we can also put it in the cooler. There are life vests, a digital camera, fishing tackle, and professional-grade fishing rods and reels for my clients' use. The digital camera on board allows me to email or send you pictures from the day.

I have all safety and first aid equipment on board and provide proper flotation devices.

Please call a few days before your trip so I can give you an idea on what rods, reels or tackle you may want to bring. Most people have confidence in particular brands and you are more than welcome to bring them on the trip. We can also discuss what particular lure the fish are biting at the time so you can be even more prepared.

Please dress for the weather. Storms are unexpected and can ruin a day if not dressed properly.
